You should receive your Pre-Paid Mailing Bag(s) within 2-3 business days. Once you get your bag(s) simply re-visit our site, select your repair packages, checkout, put your items in the Pre-Paid Mailing Bags, and place them in the mail.

If necessary, we will contact you once your items have arrived safely at our repair facility. Otherwise, once we have received your items we will process your order and begin your repairs.
