Due to the current health crisis, we are operating at a reduced customer service capacity. Most of our customer service staff is working remotely, and are unable to answer phone calls at this time. We are still accepting and processing shipments at our facility, so there is no need to delay shipping your package to us.

At this time, we are continuing repair operations as usual, and don’t expect repairs to take much longer than our normal turnaround time. If you currently have item(s) being repaired by us, and need to change your shipping address or delay the return shipment, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
