This process will create an order for you, and we’ll send out a mailing bag with a shipping label for you to send your order to us with. Once we receive your shipment, we’ll reach out to you with our recommendations, and go over pricing and turnaround time. At that time, if you decide against having your item repaired, we’ll be glad to return it to you at no cost. We won’t charge anything to your credit card until you’ve approved the repairs and pricing.
