The Essentials is our top of the line, most popular repair option that covers the most important parts of your footwear. With The Essentials, your items will receive the VIP treatment and be made to look and feel as close to new as possible. They will receive a new pair of our signature SolePro Soles, new heel caps, and will undergo our extensive upper recondition process.
Our Recondition is a full restoration of your items. For leather items, we thoroughly clean and strip away all the dirt and salt that accumulates over time. Then the items receive a lanolin soak to replenish naturals oils, followed by a factory top-coat refinish to make them look and feel like new again.
For suede items, they will undergo a delicate cleaning process and will be weather treated to help prevent future stains and discoloration.
